Dr Ajeet Madhav Wagle is an eye specialist practicing for the last 20 years. He is currently Medical Director and Senior Consultant at International Eye Cataract Retina Centre in Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre and Farrer Park Medical Centre. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, India, the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He manages end-to-end eyecare across various age groups and specializes in the medical and surgical management of retinal diseases and modern micro-incision cataract surgery. Dr Ajeet has been actively involved in raising awareness of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in Singapore and has led the nation-wide AMD Awareness Week campaign in Singapore from 2008-2011 as Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
